Kitchen renovation Hamilton

Fionna and Glenn had already contacted a kitchen designer at the stage she contacted us for the building work to be done.
We sat around the table to discuss what they had I mined and the possibility's.
They wanted to turn the bathroom and an office space into the kitchen and create a bathroom where the kitchen was.
They also wanted to open up the kitchen.
We made a quote, and discussed it with the client. After a few changes we organised  a draughtsperson to draw plans for a building consent.
The plan needed a consent because of load baring walls been taken out and a different spot for the new bathroom and kitchen.
We took the plans and the appropriate paper work to the council.
We received the approved consent back from the council and started as soon as possible with the renovation.
Including building work, plasterwork, electrical work, plumbing and gas work, paint and wall paper work, tile work and waterproofing, new timber floor, etc.
After ripping out the floor tiles in the old bathroom we discovered that the floor construction and the floorboards had some water damage. After discussing the options with Fionna and Glenn, they decided for a new timber floor in the kitchen.

In the meanwhile we kept in contact with the client about progress etc. as the where mostly at work during the renovation.
We coordinated with the kitchen installers when they wanted to install the kitchen.
As soon the kitchen was installed we did all the finishing, touch-ups and a few bits and pieces Fiona and Glenn asked us to do.
