Scope of Renovation:
This project is being undertaken over four stages:
- Stage one: Lounge, Kitchen Dining - the first task is to strip back to a cleaner canvas on which to open up the lounge and kitchen at the same time raising ceiling levels. From there walls and ceilings will be strapped and relined and a new kitchen installed.
- Stage Two: Laundry Hall and Backdoor renovation - Put in a new back door. Fully strip laundry and hallway.
- Stage Three: hallway and bedroom - new hallway and with cavity sliding doors closed. The bedroom is 95% finished included raising the ceiling and putting in a double slider. Inbuilt entertainment and waredrobe system.
- Stage Four: Main Bathroom - Still to be completed
