expert house recladding & exterior rejuvenation
Make the outside look as good as the inside.
professional recladding & exterior facelift: protect your investment
First impressions count - what does your exterior cladding say about your home? A tired or decaying façade does more than just devalue the visual impact of your property; it can compromise your home's weathertightness, leading to the deterioration of structural timbers and a damp, unhealthy interior living environment. In the current NZ property market, ignoring signs of wear invariably leads to far more expensive structural repairs and remediation costs later on.
Don't delay - restore your peace of mind and achieve that "new home look" with a professional house recladding project from Pzazz Building. Whether you are addressing leaky home issues or simply looking for a modern exterior makeover, we specialise in high-performance solutions like vertical cedar, fibre cement weatherboards, and brick veneers. A full exterior rejuvenation not only protects your investment but significantly boosts your property’s market value and curb appeal for years to come.

frequently asked house recladding questions (FAQ)
How much will it cost to reclad my house?
For a typical single storey 140m2 home clad in weatherboard the cost would be in the region of $125k - $130k.
This estimate includes removal and re-instatement of existing doors and windows, painting of all new surfaces and all documentation required for building consents. It does not include any "tenting" of the building.
Do I need building consent to reclad my house?
In the majority of cases, yes even if the new cladding is the same style as the one being removed.
Why should I reclad my house?
Sadly a large number of people are forced down this route due to the construction of leaky homes.
Others choose to reclad to improve the aesthetics of their property, or to reduce ongoing maintenance.
